I would love to hear how everyone is doing, and what your business plans/goals are for the month. With that in mind--I'll go first. :o)|
My focus this month is back to basics lead generation. I am committed to getting my calls and notes done (15 each per week to my data base), and will try to get better about my pop-by's.
Yesterday I met with a successful business owner that I admire to ask for tips and tricks of building ones business. The meeting was great and we plan to meet every 4-6 weeks with 2 other new business owners. This is more of an 'idea' group--loosely organized but with like minded people who can really get things done. I have also joined a business networking group that meets weekly to generate leads.
My office is having a first time home buyers seminar at the end of the month, (which will be the reason for most of my calls to my data base to invite them or someone they know). I am creating a flier explaining the Good Neighbor Next Door program for the seminar, and hope to turn the information into a separate short presentation to start giving to teachers, police and firefighters.
As for active business right now I have one couple actively looking and another buyer who is looking for HUD homes.
If there is anyone out there who is good at jazzing up fliers and would like to share info on the GNND program please let me know.
